Fishery Port Wild-Caught Red Snapper (Gutted/Butterfly) - 600g is a wild-caught red snapper with firm, mildly sweet white flesh. Red snapper is a versatile favourite for steaming, frying and curries. It is supplied as a 600g whole fish, gutted or butterflied, cleaned and ready to cook.
Whole fish is wonderfully versatile. A whole fish this size cooks in around 10 to 15 minutes - it is done when the flesh turns opaque and flakes easily.
Fish is a lean, high-protein source of omega-3. Wild-caught.
