THE CUT: TENDERLOIN STEAK
This is the most tender cut of beef - lean, fine-grained and buttery-soft. It is a ideal choice for filet mignon, fine steaks and special occasions. Each pack is portioned to 200g - a convenient retail size for home cooking, the same beef we supply to professional kitchens across Singapore.
WHY GRASS-FED
Grass-fed cattle graze freely on open pastures, producing beef that is leaner, with a cleaner, more natural beefy flavour and a healthier fat profile. It is honest, everyday beef you can feel good about serving.
HOW TO COOK
Sear all sides on high heat then finish to medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes. For the best result, bring the beef close to room temperature before cooking and season generously.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with roast potatoes, grilled vegetables and a peppercorn or red wine sauce - or simply a pinch of flaky sea salt, which is all a great steak really needs.

STORAGE
