THE CUT: RIBEYE STEAK
This is the most flavourful steak cut - rich, juicy and beautifully marbled through the centre. It is a ideal choice for grilling and pan-searing. Each pack is portioned to 200g - a convenient retail size for home cooking, the same beef we supply to professional kitchens across Singapore.
WHY GRASS-FED
Grass-fed cattle graze freely on open pastures, producing beef that is leaner, with a cleaner, more natural beefy flavour and a healthier fat profile. It is honest, everyday beef you can feel good about serving.
HOW TO COOK
Sear on high heat 3-4 minutes per side, basting with butter, garlic and thyme. Rest 5 minutes. For the best result, bring the beef close to room temperature before cooking and season generously.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with roast potatoes, grilled vegetables and a peppercorn or red wine sauce - or simply a pinch of flaky sea salt, which is all a great steak really needs.

STORAGE
Store frozen at -18C. Thaw in the chiller before cooking. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
