Home-made strawberry purée (no syrups, no shortcuts) layered with milk and our signature matcha. Just real strawberries, sweet purée and fruit chunks, minus any artificial flavouring, and balanced with our rich umami matcha blend.
All sweetness comes from the puree, we do not add additional sweeteners while preparing the drink. Selecting a lower sweetness level = less strawberry puree = less sweet. Only served iced.
