There are two ways to prepare Matcha "Thin Tea" and "Thick Tea", both ways definitely showcase the chams of our matcha. Since "Fuji no Shiro" is a Thin grade matcha, We recommend preparing it as such. This tea is also prefect for making specialized drinks as well as baking sweet treats.
