Mul-mandu are Korean-style dumplings that are gently boiled in water or steamed rather than pan-fried. They have a soft, delicate skin and are filled with ingredients such as minced chicken, vegetables, and glass noodles. Because they are boiled, mul-mandu taste light, clean, and tenderโ€”perfect as a snack, side dish, or added into soups.
P.s. The wrapper doesnโ€™t break in the boiled water.

Mul-mandu (Boiled Mandu)

โ€ข Add the mandu and cook for 4-5 minutes

Steamed Mandu
โ€ข Line your steamer with baking paper
โ€ข Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water
