Mul-mandu (Korean Boiled Dumplings)
Mul-mandu are Korean-style dumplings that are gently boiled in water or steamed rather than pan-fried. They have a soft, delicate skin and are filled with ingredients such as minced chicken, vegetables, and glass noodles. Because they are boiled, mul-mandu taste light, clean, and tenderโperfect as a snack, side dish, or added into soups.

Mul-mandu (Boiled Mandu)
โข Simply boil water
โข Add the mandu and cook for 4-5 minutes
Steamed Mandu
โข Line your steamer with baking paper
โข Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water
