Our Ngoh Hiang is individually hand wrapped in beancurd skin. Each roll is filled with generous amount of pork, chunks of fresh water chestnuts, carrots , fish and of course marinade using Mama Huay’s secret recipe.
We DO NOT ADD MSG or chicken powder!
