Kinilaw na Barilis/Malasugi

Sinuglaw na barilis (or sinuglaw na malasugi) is a Filipino dish that combines grilled fish with a tangy and spicy ceviche-style marinade. Typically made with barilis (a type of fish) or malasugi (swordfish), the fish is first grilled to a smoky perfection. It is then mixed with a refreshing ceviche-style marinade made from vinegar, calamansi (or lemon), onions, garlic, and chili peppers.
