Live To Eat - Food Sponsorship For the Needy
The rise in food insecurity means that the elderly, persons with disabilities and health conditions are more vulnerable due to their lower mobility, poor health, and lack of access to food and transportation. Increasing food costs and/or financial difficulties also affect the household food budget, and is often the first to be reduced as the household budget tightens.
At Live To Eat, we believe everyone can make a difference to someone else’s life. Our monthly food distribution efforts are made possible through donations from organisations and kind individuals. These donations allow us to prepare cooked warm meals and have them delivered to affected groups in the community.
