IMPORTANT TO Note: REFRIDGERATE OR FREEZER ON RECEIPT
Store meals in fridge for up to 3 days if eating immediately.
Freeze the other meals in freezer for up to 1 month. Defrost before heating. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Refer to meal package for heating instructions.
