• Alkaline Salt: Specially roasted at 800°C using a patented process, this salt has a body-friendly pH level of 10–11.

Park Hyang-Hee Seaweed exclusively uses non-heated (raw) seaweed for maximum nutritional value.
After the winter harvest, seaweed is typically dried at over 80°C to reduce moisture and save storage space, but this process also diminishes essential nutrients. To preserve all its natural goodness, we insist on using non-heated seaweed only.
