1. Machine Wash & Dry Only
Only items suitable for machine washing and tumble drying are accepted. No hand-wash or dry-clean items.

2. Washing Process
Laundry will be processed using standard washing agents including detergent, fabric softener, and sanitiser.

3. Not Accepted Items
Do not include heavily soiled items (urine, faeces, blood, chemicals, heavy oil), musty items, shoes, carpets, or floor mats.

4. Unsuitable Materials
Items containing leather, blackout curtains, PVC, plastic, or similar synthetic materials should not be sent.

5. Package Limits
Laundry must comply with the selected package size and load limits. Overloaded bags may be returned or processed with additional charges.

6. Hazardous Items
Flammable or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

7. Care & Liability
Customers must check care labels. We are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage.

8. Valuables
Please remove all personal items from pockets. We are not responsible for lost items.

9. Orders & Refunds
Orders are confirmed after payment. No cancellation or refund once processing has begun.
