Once payment is completed, pls upload Paynow payment screenshot, (no screenshot required for Stripe Payment) and your order will be auto generated to your WhatsApp for you to send it to us.

Exchange Policy:

Please check all items upon delivery and inform us of any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of receipt for exchange or refund. Do note that fruit may have natural aesthetic or physical imperfections and these do not affect the quality of the flesh and as such will not be applicable for exchange or refund. It is advisable to keep most fruit refrigerated especially melons and stone fruits which deteriorate quickly in our tropical weather. Melons will have a fruity fragrance and slight give to the skin when they are ripe. No exchange or refunds will be given for fruit which are cut / eaten when unripe or overripe.
