1. Estimated arrival dates are for reference only and may change due to production delays, supplier delays, international shipping, customs clearance, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with possible delays and batch changes. Do not order if you require the item urgently.
3. Full payment is required to confirm your order.
4. No cancellation, refund, exchange, or change of version is allowed after payment has been made, unless the item is officially cancelled or cannot be fulfilled.
5. Album versions, covers, inclusions, photocards, and pre-order benefits may be distributed randomly unless selection is specifically stated.
6.Pre-order benefits are subject to supplier availability and may run out without prior notice.
7. When purchasing multiple copies, we will try to arrange different versions or benefits where possible, but no duplicates cannot be guaranteed unless clearly stated.
8. Minor dents, scratches, creases, loose packaging, damaged outer boxes, or manufacturing defects are not eligible for refund or exchange, as outer packaging is meant to protect the contents.
9. We will inspect items before shipment or collection when possible. Unsealed albums cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong item was provided.
10. For sealed albums, missing inclusions or manufacturing defects must be reported directly to the original manufacturer or supplier where applicable.
11. Customers must provide the correct name, contact number, delivery address, and collection details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
12. Shipping fees, redelivery fees, remote-area charges, and any additional courier charges are to be borne by the buyer.
13. Orders must be collected within 2 months from the date the item arrives at our store. For items that remain uncollected after this period, we will not be responsible for any loss, misplacement, damage, or missing items.
14. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
