1. All pre-order items are not ready stock unless stated.
2. Full payment / deposit is required to secure your order.
3. Once payment is made, no cancellation, refund, or change of item due to change of mind.
4. ETA is only an estimate. Delays may happen due to supplier, manufacturer, customs, courier, flight delay, public holidays, or other unexpected issues.
5. Minor outer box dents, seal wrinkles, scratches, print lines, or packaging imperfections may happen during international shipping/manufacturing and are not considered defects.
5. Random version / member / photocard / POB / benefit cannot be chosen unless stated.
6. If the item is out of stock, cancelled by supplier, or cannot be fulfilled by us, customer may choose full refund or transfer payment to another order.
