🛍️ 1. General Info
All our albums & merch are 100% official & authentic — no unofficial or replica items here!
All album purchase here will be counted one Hanteo & Gaon Chart 💗
💳 2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is made through Shopee.
Once you’ve placed your order, no cancellations or changes ya 😭.
Please double-check your address & contact info before paying — we ship exactly to what’s filled in.
💿 3. Pre-Orders
Pre-order albums will be shipped once they arrive from Korea (usually takes a few weeks after official release date).
Arrival time may vary depending on supplier or customs delay — we’ll update if there’s any news!
Pre-order benefits (POB) like photocards, posters, etc. are subject to availability from the distributor.
Sometimes POB versions differ slightly by batch — we’ll always send what’s provided to us 💕
🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery
We only ship using Shopee-supported couriers for safe delivery!
Delivery time depends on the courier (usually 2–5 working days after shipment).
Please make sure your address is correct! We can’t be responsible for parcels lost due to wrong details.
If your parcel is returned because delivery failed, you’ll need to cover the reshipping fee.
📦 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges for change of mind 🥹
If your album arrived damaged or missing items, please message us within 3 days of receiving it with photo/video proof.
Minor dents or scratches on the outer case (from shipping or manufacturer) are not considered defects — it’s pretty common with K-pop albums 💕
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through Shopee only.
🎥 6. Unboxing Reminder
📸 IMPORTANT: Please record an unboxing video showing all 4 sides of the sealed parcel before opening it.
This video helps us verify if there’s any damage, missing items, or wrong order.
Without a clear unboxing video, refunds or returns may be difficult to process.

All albums come sealed with random inclusions (photocards, posters, etc).
Sorry bestie, we can’t choose or open albums to check members 😭
