저온추출 + 저온살균
60-65도의 저온에서 유자와 생강을 통째로 넣어 추출하여 원재료의 껍질에 있는 영양성분까지 손실을 최소화하였으며, 65-68도의 저온에서 살균하여 저온 추출한 원료의 영양성분을 보존하고자 노력하였습니다.

Real Saengsaeng is a drink that improves taste and nutrition by mixing Goheung yuzu as the main ingredient along with domestic pear and domestic ginger as secondary ingredients.
Only 100% of Jeollanam-do Goheung yuzu, domestic pears, and domestic ginger are used.

Cold extraction + pasteurization was done by extracting the whole citron and ginger at a low temperature of 60-65 degrees to minimize the loss of nutrients in the skin of the raw ingredients , and to preserve the nutrients of the low-temperature extracted raw ingredients by sterilizing them at a low temperature of 65-68 degrees.
