Sweet, Sour and Spicy sauce / sambal. Can be consumed with any protein — fish, chicken, prawn, egg, etc. Best with crispy fried fish!
Made with garlic, red chilli, bird eye chilli, pineapple, chilli sauce, tamarind juice, salt, sugar, msg, cooking oil.
How to consume:
Pre-heat the sauce on stove or microwave and pour on your desired fried protein.

Shelf-life: 2 weeks in chiller, 3 months in freezer.
