Cánh Cam Collection - Typica Honey

Typica was the first coffee variety planted at Cánh Cam Garden. Coincidentally, it is also the first Arabica variety discovered in the world. With its tall stature, slender branches, and low fruit yield, Typica is one of the most challenging coffees to harvest, producing the lowest yield in the garden. However, its exceptional flavor makes it well worth the effort, renowned for its ability to deliver an explosion of taste.

At Cánh Cam Garden, we embrace a honey processing method instead of traditional dry processing, enhancing the final product with a more balanced and distinctive flavor.
