MKONO (Swahili for 'Hand') is a reflective leadership tool that
uses the five fingers of the palm as an analogy for the five
core responsibilities every leader holds: Self, Team, Task,
Resources, and Community. Just as each finger has a
distinct role on a functional hand, each responsibility demands
attention — but leaders naturally prioritise differently
depending on context, pressure, and season.
