We use thinly sliced pork belly, slow-braised overnight to achieve a tender, fully infused flavour with a tender and soft texture. Each batch is carefully seasoned to strike the perfect balance between savoury and sweet. Rich in flavour without being greasy.
The bowl includes complimentary braised mushrooms, tau kua, egg, and pickled radish.
Served over fragrant Taiwanese rice.
