Organic heirloom variety of wheat like spelt, einkorn along with millets and pseudo grains like  rye and buckwheat are used along with traditional wheat.\n\nOur breads do not have ‘Eternal’ shelf life  and you are advised to consume them within 3-4 days of purchase. Sourdough bread can be sliced and happily sit in your freezer until needed  by simply waking up the he slices with gentle steam.\n\nNotes :\n\n1. All our breads are baked fresh on pre-order.
