We have two varieties of Rkatsiteli of 2021 vintage.
1. Rkatisteli fermented in Cistern is one from the village of Akhmeta. Rkatsiteli, placed in a stainless tank, has a lighter color and is saturated with aromas of apple, quince and citrus.

2. Rkatisteli fermented in Qvevri is one from the village of Vachnadziani in Gurjaani. This Rkatsiteli variety is more intense, with moderate tannin and pleasant acidity.
