I wanted to create the classic Lemon Meringue tart, but I cannot handle sourness very well. 
Thus, the classic lemon tart with a twist, using homemade Hazelnut Praliné.
This petite tart is enjoyable, even for the younger ones! Tangy and citrusy homemade lemon curd, complemented with nutty hazelnut praliné for a balanced taste. Finished with an off-centred torched Italian Meringue and white chocolate crisp pearls.
