Hello! Thank you for your interest in Kekistories bakes! Kindly read through the following to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Important Notes:
All orders are freshly baked-to-order. We do not bake in bulk or store, to ensure the baked goods you receive are fresh. This also prevents any unnecessary food wastage. Hence, orders are to be placed and confirmed AT LEAST 5 days before delivery/self collection date to allow us adequate preparation time. Any last minute order requests will be subjected to availability. Orders are only confirmed upon payment receipt. Full payment must be made within 2 hours after receiving payment (PayNow) details to avoid cancellation. Orders are strictly non-refundable. Payment will be forfeited in the event of customer's cancellation.
Delivery fee is $12 per order per location. Complimentary delivery for order (per order per location) more than $80.
Deliveries are available ONLY on Saturdays, Sundays & PHs. Exclude Jurong island, offshore islands, Sentosa and PO boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive in the baked goods, else, they will be left at doorstep. Baked goods will not be returned to original address. Re-delivery will be charged at $15 per location.
Self Collection from Seletar/AMK area (80xxxx). Details will be shared upon order confirmation.
In the event of unavailability of seasonal ingredients or other unforeseen circumstances leading to the unfulfillment of your order, a full refund will be made promptly.
