I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The service was very slow, and customers were not attended to in a timely manner. Additionally, the ordering system relied heavily on online processes, which was inconvenient, especially for customers who are not familiar or comfortable with high-tech online ordering. This made the overall experience not very customer-friendly. Another concern was the music volume, which was excessively loud and uncomfortable, making it difficult to have conversations and enjoy the dining atmosphere. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improvements in service efficiency, ordering support, and ambience would greatly enhance the customer experience. At present, I was not satisfied with the service provided.
