Delivery and Pickup Logistics Seamless Inflatable Dock Rental Process Immediate Communication Once you book a Inflatable Dock rental, our office will immediately establish direct communication with you. We will ensure all your specific requirements are met, acknowledge any possible limitations, and confirm narrow delivery time windows if needed. Crew Member Designation We ask that you designate a crew member onboard to be responsible for the water toys. Delivery Schedule Standard Delivery: Typically, Inflatable Dock will be delivered onboard by 12 PM on the rental day. Whenever possible, we strive to deliver early in the morning before the guests’ arrival. Early Delivery Option: If you prefer, we can also deliver the Inflatable Docks a day in advance. Please coordinate with us to check the availability of this option. Pre-Delivery Preparation Before delivery, the designated crew member will receive a delivery note listing all Inflatable Dock rental items, parts, and accessories.
