Ingredients : honey, grapes, roses
Flavour profile : hybrid between the Pyment mead made from grapes, and rhodomel mead made from roses. This mead is similar to red wine, with the scent and taste of roses. Flavour profile is lightly sweet and floral, suitable for food pairing with red meats and food gatherings with a bunch of friends / family. Suitable for wine lovers definitely.
