Ingredients: honey, real gula melaka, pandan and cinnamon
Flavor profile : high alcohol level similar to wine, high sweetness and a hint of smokiness and saltiness from the gula melaka. Added pandan and cinnamon in my latest improvement, gives an additional level of flavour aside from the sweetness.
