SOBAFIEN is a vegetarian/vegan dried product that is used as substitute for meat.
Soak in water until tender, wash and squeeze for 3 to 4 times. Marinate with desired spices and condiments such as Vegetarian Barbecue Sauce , Vegetarian Oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Then fry or pan fry or simply saute with vegetables.
