InstaCare Laundry

1- We do not collect any payment details (Debit/Credit Card) at the time of booking or in advance. Payment can be made by Cash on Delivery (COD) or by Debit/Credit Card at the time of delivery.

2- Your items will be returned within 48 to 72 hours. You will be notified before the delivery of your clothes for your availability to collect safely.

3- To qualify for free pickup and delivery, the minimum order amount is AED 45. If your order is less than this amount, balance as a service charge will apply.

4- InstaCare Laundry will collect your items at the time you choose when placing the order. You can either leave your items in a bag at your doorstep for pickup or hand them directly to our representative at the scheduled time.

5- We carefully inspect and count all items to ensure they match the details provided in your booking. If we find any issues, such as defects, tears, or fading, our team will contact you for clarification.

6- Abayas, kanduras, sarees, jackets, blazers, blankets, and other similar dedicated attire are not included in the bag option. These items will be charged separately, in addition to the price of the bag.
