1. Placing an Order
All orders must be placed directly through our official shop or by contacting us on : 0810891125
Please provide correct spelling, design details, and personalization information at checkout. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
2. Processing & Turnaround Time
Standard processing time: [3–7 business days] (depending on the product).
Custom/personalized items may take longer (7–14 business days).
You will be notified once your order has shipped or is ready for collection.
3. Payment Options
We currently accept:
EFT / Bank Transfer (South Africa)
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Cash (only for local orders/collections)
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Local orders: [3–5 business days] after dispatch.
International orders: [10–20 business days] after dispatch.
We are not responsible for postal/courier delays.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Personalized/custom items are non-refundable once production has started.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced – please provide photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
