Hand Stripping
A specialist grooming technique for suitable wire-coated breeds designed to maintain proper coat texture, colour, and breed characteristics. Unlike clipping, hand stripping removes mature coat by hand to encourage healthy coat renewal and preserve the breed's natural texture.
For best results, dogs receiving hand stripping should not be bathed for at least 48 hours before or 48 hours after the appointment, as bathing softens the coat and may affect the stripping process and final result.
This service is charged per hour.
