Leading the night is Adrian Goh, Singapore's very first Sake Samurai, a title Japan's Sake Samurai Association awards to only three to five people worldwide each year, honouring outstanding contribution to the appreciation and promotion of sake. Founder of Inter Rice Asia, Adrian will take us through six sakes that reveal the fascinating contrast between old-world tradition and modern craft.
Pairing the evening is Chef Ivan of Blue Smoke, bringing his signature smoked and charcoal-fired cooking across a four-course chef's menu.
