We use high-quality beef (Australian Angus sirloin) and chopped pork for it.
You can enjoy it with rice. And it's great using it into a hamburger.
(We'll make it flat so that the insides are cooked well.)
To increase the meat content, we cut down on miscellaneous ingredients as much as possible.
