High Tea Treats operates in accordance with the Medicines and Related Substances Act, the Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act, and the 2018 Constitutional Court judgment which allows adults to use and possess cannabis privately and in limited quantities.

We are a Private Members-Only Cannabis Club. All products are prepared and shared exclusively with consenting adult members for private, personal use only.

2. Age Restriction

All content, products, and services are strictly intended for persons 21 years or older. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and accept the risks associated with cannabis use.

3. Private Club Membership

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are either:

a registered member of the High Tea Treats private club, or
participating by invitation or recommendation as per club guidelines.

You agree that all products will be used solely for personal and private consumption, and not sold, distributed, or shared with others.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are not registered medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

All dosage guidelines provided on packaging or online are general recommendations and not medical advice.

5. Product Use & Liability Waiver

By purchasing or consuming any product from High Tea Treats, you:

Accept full responsibility for its effects;
Agree to use all products at your own risk;
Waive all liability against High Tea Treats, its team and partners;
Will not operate vehicles or heavy machinery under the influence of THC.

6. Legal Compliance

While High Tea Treats operates in accordance with the current interpretation of South African law, you are responsible for your own compliance with local and national regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misuse, resale, or unlawful behaviour.

We do not sell, distribute, or promote cannabis to anyone under 21. Proof of age may be requested. By using this site, you declare that you are 21 or older.
