The OG recipe. Awesomest fluffiest tastiest banana cake, made with all of grandma Pauline’s love.
Each large tray measures 20x10cm and can be sliced up to about 8-9 large or 16-18 small slices. Perfect for breakfast or tea break, especially with a cup of coffee (brewing and coming soon!)
New half-size tray measures 12x10cm and can be sliced to about 4-5 large or 8 small slices.
As we don’t use any preservatives, all of our banana cakes can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days max, after which it can be left at room temp for several minutes and it should soften right up again. Best consumed fresh on the day. 🥰
