โฟ Purchases can only be done through our takeapp website. Bookings through IG / Tiktok DMs will not be entertained
โฟ Once you checkout = automatically booked. Booking is only valid for 24 hours.
โฟ Payment should be completed within the booking duration. No payment = Invalid booking and your reserved item(s) will be re-listed to the shop. Full payment required.
โฟ We only accept BIBD transfer/deposit machine.
โฟ Cancellation is allowed unless you have already made your payment. If payment has been made, refunds will not be issued.
โฟ Collection method:
- Self pickup at Mengkubau area
- MP at Lumut (with charge)
- Pickup at Box of Cravings Serusop (with charge)

At the moment we are not accepting custom orders however feel free to put your suggestions in our suggestion form for any theme ideas
โฟ Can I preorder out of stock items?
No preorders as certain materials may be out of stock
โฟ Will you restock previous items?
Yes depending on the demands. We will schedule a collection restock every 15th of the month (subject to change)
