In this workshop Eugene and I will talk through the basics of Kimchi making, and show you step by step how to make Kimchi-- our version and other versions :)
We make vegan kimchi, so we won't be showing a recipe with fish sauce.
Kimchi, Gochugaru and Napa cabbages will be available for sale in small units, so that you'll be able to try your own kimchi making. (You'll need to order ahead so that we prep :))
