Happy Gut was born out of frustration with commercial ferments that were watered down, artificially flavored, or filled with additives. I wanted the real thing — authentic fermentation with ingredients that genuinely support the gut.
So I began researching how different teas, fruits, herbs, and fermentation methods create distinct probiotics and postbiotics. By using real, whole ingredients and allowing natural cultures to ferment them fully, I crafted drinks that helped repair my own gut, restore my energy, and rebuild my health.
