In order to achieve nice crispy skin, the skin of the roast pork need to be air dried for at least 6 hours, and the meat will be marinaded over night. Hence, this dish requires a long hour to prepare and therefore need at least 24 hours to Pre-ordered especially for 500g and above. We appreciate your kind understanding.
