In order to achieve nice crispy skin, the skin of the roast pork need to be air dried for at least 6 hours, and the meat will need over night marinade. Hence, this dish requires a long hour to prepare and therefore need to pre-order 24 hrs in advanced. We appreciate your kind understanding.
