Our Shoyu Tonkotsu brings together Kanto’s savoury shoyu tare with Kyushu’s rich bone broth. Topped with 3 slices of our house-braised chashu, ajitama egg, bamboo shoots, black fungus, spring onions and red ginger. Noodles & soup (in bowl) are packed separately.
