Porcini Mushroom Cream Sauce Kit
A luxurious and earthy pasta dish for true mushroom lovers. Twists of fresh gemelli pasta pair beautifully with our rich and velvety porcini mushroom cream sauce. Made with a medley of roasted mushrooms — including porcini, cremini, portobello, and button — then finished with Grana Padano, cream, and a splash of Chardonnay. Silky, savory, and deeply satisfying.
Each portion contains:
• 1× Fresh Gemelli Pasta (125g)
• 1× Porcini Mushroom Cream Sauce (150g)
• 1× Grated Parmesan Reggiano 24M (10g)
How to Prepare:
1. Bring water to a boil with salt.
2. Heat the mushroom sauce gently in a pan.
3. Cook the pasta in the salted water for 3–4 minutes.
4. Add the drained pasta plus 3–4 tablespoons of pasta water into the pan. Stir well until the sauce reaches the perfect silky texture. Add more water as needed.
5. Plate and finish with the included grated Parmesan Reggiano.
Ready in under 5 minutes—creamy, rich, and full of umami depth.

Mushroom cream sauce: cremini mushroom, white button mushroom, portobello mushroom, heavy cream, Grana Padano, Chardonnay, onion, butter, Italian extra virgin olive oil, dried porcini mushroom, parsley, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
Pasta: Italian semolina flour, water
