Tuscan Beef Ragù with Chianti Kit

A rustic Tuscan specialty brought to life. This hearty dish features wide ribbons of fresh pappardelle paired with our signature 6 hour slow-cooked beef ragù, made from Australian beef shank, Chianti DOCG wine, and Italian tomatoes. Infused with fresh rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf, every bite delivers deep, comforting flavor — a true taste of Tuscany in every forkful.

Each set contains:
• 1× Fresh Pappardelle Pasta (125g)
• 1× Slow-Cooked Tuscan Beef Ragù with Chianti Sauce (150g)
• 1× Grated Parmesan Reggiano 24M Cheese (10g)

How to Prepare:
1. Bring water to a boil with salt.
2. Heat the Tuscan ragù gently in a pan.
3. Cook the pasta in the salted water for 3–4 minutes.
4. Add the drained pasta plus 3–4 tablespoons of pasta water into the pan. Stir well until the sauce reaches the perfect silky texture. Add more water as needed.
5. Plate and finish with the included grated Parmesan.

Ready in under 5 minutes—deep, rustic, and full of soul.

Pasta: Italian 00 pasta flour, Italian semolina, egg, Italian extra virgin olive oil
