Cooking Instructions:
Add spices and a bay leaf to a saucepan with water. Once the water comes to a boil, add the dumplings and stir immediately to prevent sticking. Bring the water back to a boil and cook until the dumplings float to the surface. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon, place on a plate, and serve with sour cream.
