Welcome! Here you will find what I have available this week. Please have orders in by 6pm Monday night . On Tuesday I make all my dough. Wednesday is my one-day ferment bread baking day. Thursday is my two-day bread baking day. This is ideal for those with any sensitives to wheat in the past. Please note that although I have had many customers with testimonials of being free of discomfort with my bread, everyone is different and you will need to try it at your own risk. I recommend starting with the white original artisan loaf since this is the easiest ingredient on the gut.

Everything contains no yeast and provides the health benefits of a fermented product.

Everything sourdough is my specialty.
