By booking a Round Trip with Getbulance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definition of Round Trip
A round trip refers to a two-way journey, which includes:
Pickup from the initial location to the destination, and
Return from the destination back to the original location (or other specified drop-off point).
2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings must be made at least 24hrs in advance.
A trip is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation via Whatspp, email, or app notification.
3. Same-Day Return Policy
The return trip for a round trip booking must be completed on the same day as the initial pickup.
If the return trip is scheduled for another day, it will be treated as a separate one-way trip and additional charges will apply accordingly.
4. Time Gap Between Trips
If there is a waiting time between drop-off and return trip, please indicate the estimated waiting period during booking.
Standard waiting time included is up to [10–15 minutes]. Longer durations may be subject to additional charges or rescheduling.
5. Service Coverage
Service includes transport to and from designated points.
Unscheduled stops, route changes, or long waiting times may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 8hrs before the scheduled trip: Full refund.
Cancellations for both pick up and return trips must be made within 2hrs or no-shows: No refund.
7. Passenger Readiness
Passengers must be ready at both pickup points.
Delays exceeding [10–15 minutes] may incur additional charges or affect availability.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Getbulance provides non-emergency medical transport.
