By booking a One-Way Trip with Getbulance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definition of One-Way Trip
A one-way trip is defined as a single transport journey from the pickup location to the drop-off location, with no return service included.
2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings must be made at least 24hrs in advance (e.g., 24 hours prior to pickup time).
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation via email, SMS, or app notification.
3. Service Scope
Service includes patient transfer from the designated pickup point to the specified drop-off point.
Additional stops or delays may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 8hrs before the scheduled trip: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 2hrs or no-shows: No refund.
5. Passenger Readiness
Passengers must be ready and available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Waiting time exceeding [10-15 minutes] may be subject to extra charges or cancellation.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Getbulance provides non-emergency medical transport.
