There’s no need to be creative.
There’s nothing you need to achieve.
And there’s no right or wrong way to experience the moment.
Just 30 minutes for yourself.
At the end, take your candle home as your little light of hope... something you can return to whenever life feels a little noisy, heavy or fast.
