COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Instructions:
Ensure product is fully defrosted before starting.
Brush aluminium foil with oil to prevent sticking.
Place product skin-side up on foil and wrap.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C, using roast function if available.

Cooking Timing:
Chicken: Wrap in foil, cook for 12 minutes.
Unwrap, cook for an additional 12 minutes.
Salmon: Wrap in foil, cook for 8 minutes.
Unwrap, cook for an additional 7 minutes

Laksa Risotto
Once all sachets defrosted in the refrigerator or at room temperature, combine all sachets in a pan over low heat.
Simmer while stirring constantly until the rice absorbs the liquid and reaches a creamy consistency.
For added flavour, enhance the dish with your choice of protein or seafood.

HOW LONG CAN THE ITEMS BE STORED?
Salad dressing can be stored in the chiller for up to 1 month, as it is vinegar-based.
Chicken and Salmon should be kept in the chiller (at or below 4°C) for up to 3 days, or in the freezer (at or below -18°C) for up to 1 month.
Laksa Risotto Store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Before cooking, fully defrost all sachets in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Sourdough Bread : Room Temperature : Stays fresh for 2–3 days if kept in a cool, dry place.
Refrigeration : Can last up to a week, though it may dry out faster. For best results, store in an airtight bag or container and reheat before serving.
Freezing : For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or a freezer bag. To serve, thaw at room temperature or reheat in an oven for a crisp texture.
